About the work

Created a custom administrative interface allowing administrators to:

  • Quickly locate problematic report executions
  • Retrieve the associated parameters in a format suitable for development with SQL Server Management Studio
  • Immediately re-issue the report request without having to re-enter any parameter information

This reduced the mean time to resolution for report support requests for the organization.
